Bought my first jeep today from Skylar Prange at Poynter CDJRF. We test drove 4 different ones. He was so patient when i had hard time choosing. He stayed in contact and answered all of our questions and didn't push. We needed one more box checked to seal the deal and Skylar got it done. Thank you Skylar, Randy, John and JD! Love my jeep!! Absolutely horrible service. They treat you like you are an idiot and are not very professional. What started out as a simple gasket fix turned into ordering parts from St. Louis that I was never notified about until I went to pick up the car to which they then told me it was not ready and wouldn't be for a few days. For my inconvenience, they offered me a loaner truck that was covered in mud, than a car that had stains all over the interior.
