Casey our sales clerk took great care of us quickly. We had drove in from Eastern Ohio to test drive car 130 miles away. We had 30 minutes too complete deal before banks closed. Casey had car ready to test drive, sent our credit union purchase order quickly and we were signed and ready to go within 35 minutes. He took his time at end of purchase to show us all the grand cherokee components before we left. Great job Casey. Thanks

Just want to give a 2 thumbs up to Skylar Prange our sales guy and to everyone at Bob Poynter Dodge for making our new truck buying experience one of the easiest and most relaxing buying experiences me and my husband have ever had 🙂 Skylar is fairly new to Bob Poynter and may still be in the "learning process " but his attitude and honesty about things he didn't quite have figured out yet was great! He's young and eager and for me & my husband we enjoyed having him as our sales guy, lots of laughs, reminds us of our own son who's around Skylar's age. For me and my husband it was as easy as 1. Go on the website and pick out our truck 2. Call them and see if they still had it 3.Start the buying process right over the phone 4. Go to the dealership, finish the paperwork, pick up our new truck! Can't ask for easier then that folks!
