I wish "0" stars was an option. I Don't recommend buying a used vehicle from them. I called and explained that i was an hour away and would be coming with cash and pre approval to buy a used vehicle for $20000. I asked if there was any issues and wanted to make sure that everything was good before I luged my pregnant wife an hour to see a car. I was assured it was a quality car. When I got there the sales person gave me the keys and explained he was working with another customer and would get to me when he was finished. The lack of care for us was obvious from the entire staff as they only gave attention to customers buying new cars. When I got in the car, it had low air in the tires and I asked them to put air in the tires for a test drive and they said it would be fine to drive without adding air. Reluctantly we drove the car. It had serious vibrations and definition had something going on with the drive train. As I returned from the short drive, the check engine light came on. I went to the sales manager to complain and his body language definitely showed he didn't care. He even stopped mid conversation to address someone else's complaints on another vehicle they had issues with. Basically the attitude was if you dont want the car, why are you still here. Seymour doesn't have many car lots I assume and it's a shame that anyone looking for a second vehicle, or even a good quality used vehicle has to go there and deal with them.
