We purchased a used Jeep Cherokee there at the start of the pandemic. With the exception of getting the title quickly, (not really there fault) the process went extremely smoothly. We are now looking for a truck and they are pulling unicorns out of thin air. It is well worth giving them a try for your next vehicle.

I have bought several new Chrysler vehicles from Poynters and it can honestly say I will not buy any more from them. Their customer service was absolutely terrible!! They never returned my calls and never kept me updated. I felt talked down to quite often, like I was a pain in their side! The jeep I have was in the shop for 6 weeks to get a brake line repaired. The brake line busted because it was rubbing against the sway bar link since they put the lift on. When I told them they reason, I was talked down to and told that could not be the reason! Well, guess what? It was the reason! I had to call Chrysler myself to get the hose expedited. I told Chrysler the same thing that I am writing here--I will never buy from Poynters again due to terrible customer service!

Horrible experience. Was supposed to be done in a day and they’ve had it for 2 1/2 days. Was supposed to start on my vehicle on Wednesday and they didn’t start my service till the following Thursday after telling me “it’s about done we’re wrapping everything up” as they haven’t even started it. Have had to find rides for the past 2 days to work and back and going to have to find someone to pick up my vehicle as I live 30 mins away because I have to work. Every person I talked to was rude and lied to me.

This is a GREAT dealership!! They gave me a fantastic deal on my new Jeep, and also a really good trade in value on my previous. Everyone there was so nice! They also made the tedious buying process a breeze. I will certainly go to them the next time I need a new vehicle!
