Terrible Service Dept. Strike 1 Took a Dodge Avenger to them to get key made they said it needed a computer. So I took it to Ace to have another key made. 10 Min $80. Strike 2 Took a PT Cruiser to them and they said it needed a transmission body. $1100 quote. Took it to another shop and it was a $30.00 wire that needed fixed. Strike 3 Took a Pacific to them because some broke the lock cylinder. Called me and said it needed modilizer. 365.00. I said ok do it. Called back and said it need a lock Cylinder $145.00. I said ok get it fixed. Called back again and said it needed a TPM $1100.00. Basical paid they $ $565.00 for nothing because I wouldn’t let them throw another part at it. Towed it there and then had to tow it away from there. These guys don’t have a clue on diagnostics of a car. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Kevin was awesome to work with, we were able to get a great deal worked out. I will be returning to Poynters for our future vehicle purchases.

Kevin Thias did an amazing job. He was able to expedite the process to get us the vehicle we wanted, and then also minimized the amount of time dedicated to paperwork and redundant features. He made certain we had exactly what we wanted, and the process went smoothly. We will definitely be repeat customers!

We purchased our first Jeep Wrangler from Bob Poynter of Seymour. We drove from the north side of Indianapolis because they had the vehicle with the exact options we wanted on their lot. Trent was excellent to work with and answered all my questions. Trent was able to value my trade before we drove down to make the deal. Trent made the buying experience quick, with no surprises and was able to give me above Blue Book value for my trade. This was by far the best dealer experience we have had buying a new vehicle.
