The sales staff was friendly and made sure my purchase experience was successful. The sales manager made sure my one issue with 2 tears in the seat were resolved. I was given a lot car while the work was completed. The seat issue was done very satisfactorily and quickly. Other than winning a lottery for a new car I was happy from sales to service. Rick

I have bought several new Chrysler vehicles from Poynters and it can honestly say I will not buy any more from them. Their customer service was absolutely terrible!! They never returned my calls and never kept me updated. I felt talked down to quite often, like I was a pain in their side! The jeep I have was in the shop for 6 weeks to get a brake line repaired. The brake line busted because it was rubbing against the sway bar link since they put the lift on. When I told them they reason, I was talked down to and told that could not be the reason! Well, guess what? It was the reason! I had to call Chrysler myself to get the hose expedited. I told Chrysler the same thing that I am writing here--I will never buy from Poynters again due to terrible customer service!

This place is amazing!!! The service we received in buying our Jeep Gladiator was hands down the best we’ve ever received. This store has is down right on how buying a car/truck should be. I’ll refer anyone I know buying a car to Bob Poynter Jeep/Dodge. Also if you go there,go see Briar Tidd,you won’t be disappointed,great person and great salesman.
