Poor Customer Service & management. Was trying to purchase a 2022 Dodge Charger GT RWD stock #22D476, on which they upped the price of the car vs the online advertised price. They gave a low-ball trade offer on a BRAND-NEW truck with 600 miles. The salesperson I was dealing with wasn't in yesterday, so I asked to speak with the new car manager. I was placed on hold, then told they were not in. So, I asked to speak to a manager that was in but was hung up after being told to hold on! - Guess they don't want to sell their vehicles.
