HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I BOUGHT MY 2024 JEEP WRANGLER BRAND NEW AT THE JEEP STORE. HAS 14300 MILES IT WAS BROKE DOWN IN MY DRIVEWAY AND I CALLED TO GET IT TOWED THEY WANTED $284. TO TOW IT, I KEPT ASKING IF THE BATTERY WAS BAD IF THEY WAS GOING TO REPLACE IT THEY SAID NO THAT IT HAD A 1 YR 12K MILE WARRANTY ON BATTERY, THIS WENT ON FOR OVER A WEEK AND FINALLY I HAULED IT MYSELF TO SALEM THEY GOT IT RIGHT IN AND FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY AND EVERYTHING WAS COVERED UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DEALERSHIP IN SEYMOUR AND I ALWAYS DELT WITH THIS PLACE SINCE BOWMAN S OWNED IT. LOST MY BUSINESS!!!!!!!
