My wife and I bought a low mileage used car from Bob Poynter Chrysler about a year ago. It was a great experience. They went out of their way to help my wife make sure it was the car she wanted. Kevin was very good to work with. We have taken our car back for scheduled oil changes. I forget the service manger's name but he is friendly and courteous and they do a great job of scheduling us, and getting us in and out. I have also ordered a few accessories for our automobile from the parts department and it went very well. So far, it has been one of the best experiences we've had buying and maintaining a car.

Worst Service Department Ever and Experience: (6/25-7/7) (1) had a scheduled oil change 6/25/25 plus asked to get two things diagnosed while in shop (2) stated Friday they will get around to the car and have something for us (3) Friday comes tell us to Call Saturday and they will have something for us (4)6/25- Andy gave a call to ask for the warranty paperwork since I had mentioned that the truck has warranty and what my husband and I suspect was wrong with car is the manifold and when turning the steering make a grind noise (5) 6/27/25- sent a text asking for update- no answer (6)6/30 called and was told a manager was gonna call me by the end of the day. (No one called) (7) 7/1 called to speak to a manager and was finally transferred and explained Wednesday will be a week the car has been in the shop and there is a lack of communication, no updates, and was explained no technician is available but a loaner car can be given. (8)7/1 Loaner car was dropped off and decided that was kind and continue to wait. (9)7/2 texted for update(no reply) (10)7/3- was given this answer (Yes point to the exhaust manifold however the noise will brake and turning is still being determine. Vehicle is in the shop once we have a diagnostic we will ask your extended warranty company if there is coverage. Reply STOP to OptOut.) (JUST ANOTHER RUN-AROUND) WAS NOT A GOOD SIGN (11)7/7/25- called and was transferred left message and decided enough is enough Wednesday 7/9 (will be the 3rd week vehicle isn’t even Looked at) (12)called other dodge shop that can get us in sooner and looked at and was told wait time and run around was ridiculous. (13)husband and I called and was sent to Andy’s voicemail and both upset and decided today is it and we are picking our truck up and dropping off loaner. (14)7/7 husband arrives visibly upset and come to find out not even are OIL CHANGE was done and Andy was vindictive and aggression was shown and mentioned “ what do you want me to do? You have your son in your hand? “ Which my husband was taken back) what was the point of that aggression or comment? And to call someone Jack***- Unprofessional and we have and had the right to be upset. I’m due at anytime and we had a schedule appointment we WERE NOT a WALK-IN

I recently had some work done on my Dodge Durango here, and I'm impressed. They offered the best prices compared to other local service departments. Plus, the staff was super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Great place for quality service at a good price!

John was great very helpful a very hard worker had several people in there to see him while we were there he managed to take care of everyone timely. Kyle in finance was great wasn't pushy with products and had us handle d within minutes!
