I purchased and financed a used 2020 Jeep Gladiator from this dealership. After the sale I discovered that the hardtop was missing 5 of the 7 bolts that hold it in place, very unsafe. Also found paperwork in glovebox from previous owner that included their name, address, social security number, etc. Apparently, Bob Poynter Jeep does not even do the basic vehicle inspection of used vehicles! I also discovered that I was charged a convenience fee of $22.50 for title work that was not required to obtain credit to purchase the vehicle. Very disappointed in this dealership and do not recommend it.

Friendly. Helpful. Communicates as needed. Not pressure tactics to make the sale. Drove vehicle more than 120 miles for us to pay and pick it up. Makes everything convenient for the customer. Well pleased. Highly recommend them.

Skylar got me a great deal on a brand new RT Durango (the car I've wanted for a long time). He reached out from the moment I indicated interest on the website and guided me through the process effortlessly. After many years, I think I can finally say I had a good experience with a car dealership from end-to-end. I recommend you go see Skylar at Bob Poynter if you want a new car. Special shout-out to John in the finance department. He listened to all of my gripes about the car industry and still gave me a good rundown of the pros and cons of addons/warranties. This place has a special team in place and I think they're going places!
