Did not have a good experience getting a new brake master cylinder installed Call for appointment and had to wait a week but I understand they were busy I tried call for 2 days prior to my appointment and could not get anyone in service department to answer the phone Called multiple times and even left a voicemail Never heard back from the voicemail Tried calling and going thru sales and parts department to get a hold of service but to no avail Dropped he truck off the day before and asked to get an oil change added to the work order and was told “fine we can do it” Followed up the day of the work to find out when it was done I was told it would be done by noon but when I finally got to talk to the service department I was told it would be another day because they were behind from the previous days work Demanded my be done as I was scheduled to be out of the state the following day They did push mine ahead to get the work done When I went to pick it up the oil change did not get done so I would have to come back for that Not sure I want to schedule that one I have a Ford dealer in my county so I will probably just go with them to get it done

I have bought several new Chrysler vehicles from Poynters and it can honestly say I will not buy any more from them. Their customer service was absolutely terrible!! They never returned my calls and never kept me updated. I felt talked down to quite often, like I was a pain in their side! The jeep I have was in the shop for 6 weeks to get a brake line repaired. The brake line busted because it was rubbing against the sway bar link since they put the lift on. When I told them they reason, I was talked down to and told that could not be the reason! Well, guess what? It was the reason! I had to call Chrysler myself to get the hose expedited. I told Chrysler the same thing that I am writing here--I will never buy from Poynters again due to terrible customer service!
