-Update- they fully refunded the money and were very kind and apologetic My name is Ethan Shelton, I purchased a vehicle from Briar Tidd back in December. I found out in the summer time my air conditioning doesn't work at all... Had I known this I would've gotten a different vehicle. I took it to a mechanic and he said it wasn't a simple fix and would be costly but knew I had a warranty so he suggested getting it looked at by where I bought it. I proceeded to take it here and Judy Hoene was very nice and helpful. A day later I find out that it has to be looked at by a specialist but I still owe 100$ for them looking at it.... I remind you I bought it with the AC not working then had to pay for them to say "it's not working take it somewhere else". Seems unprofessional to sell a car without knowing if the AC works and then not do anything to help that individual
