I had trouble getting the salesman Michael to make arrangements to get the door code and get a hole in the seat fixed. Both of these were supposed to be done before I picked up the truck. Neither one was. Truck was also dirty when I picked up. The was a decent amount of tar on the passenger side also. I won’t do business here again. Poor customer serviced

Just picked up a new Jeep Renegade this evening, and was super impressed with Michael Maxie. I reached out last week via AutoTrader, and Michael quickly responded to my email, which prompted me to call him. After telling him what I was looking for, and what I was looking to spend, he text me a couple of options that fit my need.
