I was greeted immediately upon entry, and they patiently walked me through every step of the trade process. John (financial team) was very helpful and pleasant to work with as well. Great experience. Went in not wanting to go back and forth, gave me the best deal on my trades first time (by a long shot to) and gave me a good deal on the ones I was buying. Didn’t have to argue about a second key was going to make one before I even realized it only had one key. It was one of the best car buying experiences. Will be returning later in the future.

Poor Customer Service & management. Was trying to purchase a 2022 Dodge Charger GT RWD stock #22D476, on which they upped the price of the car vs the online advertised price. They gave a low-ball trade offer on a BRAND-NEW truck with 600 miles. The salesperson I was dealing with wasn't in yesterday, so I asked to speak with the new car manager. I was placed on hold, then told they were not in. So, I asked to speak to a manager that was in but was hung up after being told to hold on! - Guess they don't want to sell their vehicles.

Called to confirm the vehicle we were interested in was still there, went in on Friday evening and was finished with the purchase around 90 mins later. Fair pricing on a new Durango, fair trade-in value on our current vehicle. Communication was quick and open, no games with payments, rates, etc. Finance guy was easy to deal with, made us aware of warranties and other things we COULd purchase, but didn’t push at all when we weren’t interested. They will certainly have a chance for our future business.

First they misquoted my grandpa and then wouldn't honor it, he then offers to meet half way on the 2nd quote on a 40,000+ Jeep Grand Cherokee and they wouldn't budge over $500. I purchased a Ram from here and I won't be back. **update- My grandpa purchased identical vehicle at Russ Hubler Jeep in Newcastle Indiana for a better price and higher trade value, highly recommended dealership and worth the drive.

Service department was great for my first time there. However, to get a deal on a vehicle, I had to go around Indianapolis area. There is a first responder discount and I was told I couldn't get anything there under $38,000. However, going to Indianapolis, I was able to purchase a 2017 Ram 2500 Tradesman for a few thousand less. Plus, they wouldn't give me anything for my trade.
