Huge shoutout to Jackson Nay and his manager in the sales department. As soon as I started running into issues on the service side, they were the ones who stepped up to make sure everything was followed through and every issue I had was taken care of. I really appreciate the way they handled everything—I left feeling supported thanks to them. If you’re buying a car at Poynter, ask for Jackson. He genuinely cared and went out of his way to help me.

Every vehicle in my driveway is from a Bob Poynter dealership. They are absolutely fantastic! I take them all to Poynters in Seymour for oil changes and pay only a couple of bucks more than doing it myself. The sales staff are honest and easy to deal with (no pressure what so ever), and the service department is excellent.
