As soon as I started running into issues on the service side, they were the ones who stepped up to make sure everything was followed through and every issue I had was taken care of. I really appreciate the way they handled everything—I left feeling supported thanks to them. If you’re buying a car at Poynter, ask for Jackson. He genuinely cared and went out of his way to help me.

Had my vehicle in for warranty work. My service advisor was not honest with me from my point of initial contact. Through my experience with him, he was argumentative, interruptive and would not listen to what my complaint was and doubted what I told him. I picked my car up on March 30 and they were confident it was fixed. Well, here I am a week later and the same issue is back. I now have videos to back up what is going on with my car. We’ll see what happens. Also I bought this vehicle from here and I never dreamed I would be treated so poorly. I’ll never buy another vehicle from here.

I inquired about a Jeep Compass through their website and right away I was contacted by their automated text system. However, Michael Maxie took over the conversation and texted me directly. We quickly set up a time to go see the Jeep. Being my first time buying a car, I was nervous. However, the process was quick and went smoothly. Michael was sure to explain everything and answer any questions. He was not pushy when we were trying to make a decision. Overall, great experience and I would recommend anyone to go here! I’ve been to This Bob Poynter location two times in the last three months and have been completely satisfied on both occasions! Both times my car had to stay a few days for the repairs that were needed and both times I was given a vehicle to use while mine was with them. The vehicles were very nice brand new Jeep models which really sweetened the deal. The pricing is reasonable but the customer care beats all. I’ll definitely be returning for all my Jeep needs, and I highly recommend to anyone who’s needing maintenance done or you just wanna see some super nice Jeeps to go visit Bob Poynter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Seymour :)
