Had my vehicle in for warranty work. My service advisor was not honest with me from my point of initial contact. Through my experience with him, he was argumentative, interruptive and would not listen to what my complaint was and doubted what I told him. I picked my car up on March 30 and they were confident it was fixed. Well, here I am a week later and the same issue is back. I now have videos to back up what is going on with my car. We’ll see what happens. Also I bought this vehicle from here and I never dreamed I would be treated so poorly. I’ll never buy another vehicle from here.

Went for a simple oil change and they installed the oil filter wrong and left it leaking oil. I took it to another shop to have it done right. Terrible service department who can't even change oil.
