Big shout out to Kevin Thias, he was a pleasure to deal with at Poynter Dodge, he explained everything in detail and helped me thru some of the function setups and took time answer any amd every question I had on the new Dodge Charger I bought, he was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and it's different features of the vehicle, i would highly recommend Kevin Thias to all my friends and family. Had my vehicle in for warranty work. My service advisor was not honest with me from my point of initial contact. Through my experience with him, he was argumentative, interruptive and would not listen to what my complaint was and doubted what I told him. I picked my car up on March 30 and they were confident it was fixed. Well, here I am a week later and the same issue is back. I now have videos to back up what is going on with my car. We’ll see what happens. Also I bought this vehicle from here and I never dreamed I would be treated so poorly. I’ll never buy another vehicle from here.
