He was knowledgeable about all the features and warranties of the ram 2500 I bought. He was never ever pushy or trying to force me into something. He done a great job with everything. We were treated very well. We were given a very nice vehicle to drive while our car was worked on. The only thing we didn't like, was the motor that was put in to replace our old motor was so dirty. Our warranty didn't pay for a new motor.
