Talked on the phone with Josiah Watts, about a Gladiator. My mother drove from IL with the trade in and they offered her a good deal on the trade plus an amazing deal on the Gladiator. The finance department was very upfront with the payments and didn't pull any tricks. We are very happy with our new Gladiator. 🙂

I love the Ram pickup I bought from Bob Poynter. The transaction went smoothly and quickly. However, when I discussed towing with the salesman, he stated that the Hemi would handle over 11,000 pounds. Unfortunately, with the rear end gear ratio that my truck has, its capacity is only 8,240 pounds. When I called within 24 hours of the sale, after I had discovered the discrepancy, the salesman said that I own the truck, so tough. He further stated that the specs are conservative, so there should be at least a 20% cushion. My bad. I should have researched it for myself before the fact. Be sure you do. Don't count on getting the truth from your salesman.
