I bring my 2017 F150 here to have it serviced multiple times a year. The service staff are always polite and get me in and out in less than an hour. No complaints in my end.

I love the Ram pickup I bought from Bob Poynter. The transaction went smoothly and quickly. However, when I discussed towing with the salesman, he stated that the Hemi would handle over 11,000 pounds. Unfortunately, with the rear end gear ratio that my truck has, its capacity is only 8,240 pounds. When I called within 24 hours of the sale, after I had discovered the discrepancy, the salesman said that I own the truck, so tough. He further stated that the specs are conservative, so there should be at least a 20% cushion. My bad. I should have researched it for myself before the fact. Be sure you do. Don't count on getting the truth from your salesman.

We bought my husband's car here 4 years ago, and hes had problems out of it since. Salespeople were helpful and not too pushy then. They are always quick and professional when we take our vehicles here for service now. Best Bob Poynter location in town.
