Called to confirm the vehicle we were interested in was still there, went in on Friday evening and was finished with the purchase around 90 mins later. Fair pricing on a new Durango, fair trade-in value on our current vehicle. Communication was quick and open, no games with payments, rates, etc. Finance guy was easy to deal with, made us aware of warranties and other things we COULd purchase, but didn’t push at all when we weren’t interested. They will certainly have a chance for our future business.

I purchased and financed a used 2020 Jeep Gladiator from this dealership. After the sale I discovered that the hardtop was missing 5 of the 7 bolts that hold it in place, very unsafe. Also found paperwork in glovebox from previous owner that included their name, address, social security number, etc. Apparently, Bob Poynter Jeep does not even do the basic vehicle inspection of used vehicles! I also discovered that I was charged a convenience fee of $22.50 for title work that was not required to obtain credit to purchase the vehicle. Very disappointed in this dealership and do not recommend it.

I took my 2016 RAM 2500 6.7 Cummins in for the first service and inspection and was very pleased with my experience. In particular, Kevin Bott, Service Technician, impressed me with how very thorough he was in his inspection of the vehicle. As he inspected the truck he advised me along the way of the purpose of each check and things to watch out for as time goes on. He gave me great advise on when to return the truck for future service intervals and how to care for the truck between visits. Without question Kevin made up my mind to return to Bob Poynter of Seymour. Kudos to Kevin and the staff at Bob Poynter.
