Quick oil change and tire rotation, 40 mins, but it had to be booked 2 days in advance. Free beverages, WiFi and a comfortable waiting area were appreciated. Update Feb 2020 - Just bought my next used vehicle. Excellent service, good prices and they were very willing to work with me to fix any issues before the purchase.

Extremely rude to my wife on the phone when she was asking about our warranty being up. They canceled two of our appointments and we rescheduled for a third almost three weeks later. Our warranty was up by 154 miles. They wouldn't work with us at all. Spoke with Rod twice and he was beyond rude with us!

I drove over 3hrs from Ohio to purchase my wife’s new van. It was the easiest and most enjoyable vehicle purchase over 20 years and 30 vehicles. Tyler Hill and Randy Wetzel were awesome, as was everyone I talked with at the dealership. They were so easy to talk to and deal with it made the over 6hr drive well worth it. These are 5 star people and at 5 star dealership! I encourage anyone looking at a vehicle online to contact them. They were quick, professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. This post is to correct a review I wrote a few weeks ago concerning the service department. Although there were legitimate reasons for the review, I deleted it because I felt that I should give Poynters an opportunity to correct the situation. However the posting was read and noted before I deleted it, so I want to give credit where credit is due. The Poynter philosophy of happy customers was apparent by our newly assigned service rep Joyce. We were able to have a very friendly discussion and I walked away satisfied as a customer. I want the service manager to know that I will not hesitate to return should I need further service, nor will I hesitate to recommend Poynter to anyone else needing their vehicle worked on. Thank you for keeping Bob's philosophy alive and well.
