Professional and Responsive Service I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and had a mechanical issue shortly after. When I brought it back, they listened to my concerns, confirmed the problem, and worked with me toward a fair resolution. We have sent 2 cars for keys to be made to their service Dept. Both times they said they needed computers. ($1200) I complained to service manager who could careless. Then Bob Poynter told us to find another dealer. I was told by everyone not to use their service dept but didn’t listen. Called Malcomb lock and he fixed both within 1 hour. Definitely get a 2nd opinion before you let them change computer in your car.
