Skyler Prange made the experience comfortable and pressure free. He helped get my phone connected to the vehicle and got me started on the Jeep app. I felt he cared about me and wanted to make sure I could enjoy the vehicle. Kyle in finance was very easy to work with also. I can't think of a single negative in my experience buying my new truck.

What a day! My son & I drove all the way from Indianapolis to Bob Poynter in Seymour to drool over my dream truck, a Ram 1500 Rebel. We were greeted immediately, shown the truck, took a test drive & knew that it was the “One”. Throughout the purchase process there was absolutely no pressure. From talking numbers, getting doable financing, filling out paperwork & taking delivery, every aspect was quick, efficient & respectful. They even went above and beyond by arranging to have my trade-in picked up at my home since we hadn’t driven it there. Trent Turner, Kyle Smart & Kevin Schickel made this the BEST vehicle purchase I have ever experienced by paying close attention to every detail of the process. Made contact with Michael Maxie through email. He provided the information I needed about a RAM truck the dealership had in a short period of time from my initial inquiry. His information made me make the trip from Indianapolis to Seymour worth the drive. Mr. Maxie did a great job explaining the features of the 2019 RAM to me. Mr. Maxie made the deal easy and fast. Kyle was able to finalize the numbers on my old truck and the financing. Both Mr. Maxie and Kyle were a pleasure to work with. Go see Michael. He is a very knowledgeable about the brand. John was great very helpful a very hard worker had several people in there to see him while we were there he managed to take care of everyone timely. Kyle in finance was great wasn't pushy with products and had us handle d within minutes!
