Highly recommend! I pulled in to ask a few questions and drove away in a 2025 RAM 1500 (Rebel). Trent Turner took GREAT care of us. He did not pressure us in any way but provided the info we needed to help us make our decision. I failed to get his name but the finance guy made the paperwork as painless as possible. These folks are not smoke blowers, they really helped! Thank you Mr. Pointer to you and your amazing team.

I was looking to purchase used 3rd row SUV and found one I was interested in and contacted dealership finance department to be told to complete online credit application (which I promptly completed) then followed up the next day to inquire about next step and only received voicemail and left name and number......NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM, when I drove up to the dealership the next day to speak to someone in person I see the vehicle I wanted being sold in front of me. POOR COMMUNICATION!!! Dont waste your time doing online credit application!! Go in person since they don't return calls
