He was knowledgeable about all the features and warranties of the ram 2500 I bought. He was never ever pushy or trying to force me into something. He done a great job with everything. I took my 2016 RAM 2500 6.7 Cummins in for the first service and inspection and was very pleased with my experience. In particular, Kevin Bott, Service Technician, impressed me with how very thorough he was in his inspection of the vehicle. As he inspected the truck he advised me along the way of the purpose of each check and things to watch out for as time goes on. He gave me great advise on when to return the truck for future service intervals and how to care for the truck between visits.
