Absolutely terrible service, I am reminded why I don't take my vehicles to their service center, I walked in last Wednesday and the two guys behind that counter both looked at me and went back to starring at their computers, not a I will be with you in a moment, good morning, nothing A lady walked in was very nice got me checked in and pointed me to my service adviser. One of the guys that didn't help me when I first came in, he acted like it was putting him out by having to take my information and get me loaner car. I asked him when they would get my car in to get looked at, I had an appt for that day. All he said was I don't know we are short tech's. I didn't hear anything from him for two days I had to call, and he sounded like I was putting him out wanting an update on MY Car. His response it still hasn't been looked at they don't have any Tech's. They have had my vehicle for 7 days and the only time I have gotten an update is when I had to call and leave a message. Absolutely No customer service skills rude as ever, sounds like he just woke up from a nap. So not only does their service team lack professionalism but they don't have anyone that can diagnose a vehicle. I made an appointment it should not take them 7 days to look at my vehicle to figure out what is going on.

Terrible experience, had an appointment to come look at a jeep and Bryce sold it as we were sitting there waiting on him, even let us test drive it while we waited, and we even told him if he had brought someone else in to look at it that we weren’t going to sit there and waste our time, made us wait 45 mins and then come to tell us some girl was waiting on a credit approval for it and if she didn’t get approved then he would call us. Two hours later I had to call and ask! And he said he had sold it! CRAPPPPYYYYYY service !!!

I was looking to purchase used 3rd row SUV and found one I was interested in and contacted dealership finance department to be told to complete online credit application (which I promptly completed) then followed up the next day to inquire about next step and only received voicemail and left name and number......NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM, when I drove up to the dealership the next day to speak to someone in person I see the vehicle I wanted being sold in front of me. POOR COMMUNICATION!!! Dont waste your time doing online credit application!! Go in person since they don't return calls

Service was good but not happy with price of oil change. They used synthetic oil which took my bill to just under $68. Always used standard oil in the past and wasn't asked/ told about the change. I will be learning to change my own oil now.

Nice waiting area for service. Parts being ordered so will have to wait to review service experience. Payed $60 inspection costs and went home. Called back today 2/6/2019 was waiting for about 2 months and the part was in. I don't when it got there but they never called me.

Absolutely horrible service. They treat you like you are an idiot and are not very professional. What started out as a simple gasket fix turned into ordering parts from St. Louis that I was never notified about until I went to pick up the car to which they then told me it was not ready and wouldn't be for a few days. For my inconvenience, they offered me a loaner truck that was covered in mud, than a car that had stains all over the interior.
