I purchased and financed a used 2020 Jeep Gladiator from this dealership. After the sale I discovered that the hardtop was missing 5 of the 7 bolts that hold it in place, very unsafe. Also found paperwork in glovebox from previous owner that included their name, address, social security number, etc. Apparently, Bob Poynter Jeep does not even do the basic vehicle inspection of used vehicles! I also discovered that I was charged a convenience fee of $22.50 for title work that was not required to obtain credit to purchase the vehicle. Very disappointed in this dealership and do not recommend it.

This is easily one of the worst dealerships we have been to. Once they have your business they become the laziest people and refuse to help with anything. 10/10 do not recommend. They treated us like this knowing we needed to buy two more cars.

Professional and Responsive Service I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and had a mechanical issue shortly after. When I brought it back, they listened to my concerns, confirmed the problem, and worked with me toward a fair resolution. I really appreciated their professionalism and the way they stood behind the sale. It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction, and that makes a big difference. Huge shoutout to Jackson Nay and his manager in the sales department. As soon as I started running into issues on the service side, they were the ones who stepped up to make sure everything was followed through and every issue I had was taken care of. I really appreciate the way they handled everything—I left feeling supported thanks to them. If you’re buying a car at Poynter, ask for Jackson. He genuinely cared and went out of his way to help me.

I originally had a issue and Tony Starkey fixed it and everything was done and ready to go.. If you ever have a issue Tony will be the one who will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy and I thank you Tony very much and the service dept for fixing the airbag recall for us....

I bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler off Bob Poynter Jeep, Chrysler, Fiat. Within the week of having it, the engine was done along with a couple other things. They put a new engine in it and fixed the other issues. I’m very thankful to JD and his staff for taking care of it. It runs amazing now. THANK YOU! Highly recommend!

Fast quick service. Finally found and fixed what was rattling underneath. The best thing is had an issue that was fixed under warranty over a year ago and it happened again. Warranty didnt want to cover the reoccurring issue but the dealership fixed it anyway. They said they appreciate us as a customer and didnt want to loose us. Awsome!!!
