Trent was excellent to work with and answered all my questions. Trent was able to value my trade before we drove down to make the deal. Trent made the buying experience quick, with no surprises and was able to give me above Blue Book value for my trade. This was by far the best dealer experience we have had buying a new vehicle.

I took my 2016 RAM 2500 6.7 Cummins in for the first service and inspection and was very pleased with my experience. In particular, Kevin Bott, Service Technician, impressed me with how very thorough he was in his inspection of the vehicle. As he inspected the truck he advised me along the way of the purpose of each check and things to watch out for as time goes on. He gave me great advise on when to return the truck for future service intervals and how to care for the truck between visits. Without question Kevin made up my mind to return to Bob Poynter of Seymour. Kudos to Kevin and the staff at Bob Poynter.

Broke down on our way from KY to IL. Brought to these guys and found out that one of the steel heater hoses had a leak and needed to be replaced. I thought great I have my wife, dog and two kids with so what am I going to do. These guys where awesome! They had me fixed and back on the road in about 3 hours for a resonable amonut of money. They even let me bring my Mastiff into the waiting area because it was so hot and even brought him a water bowl! They also found that the intake gasket was leaking but did not have to be repaired right away and did not B.S. me into to getting that fixed as well. Over all great customer service, great work, fair prices and Honest.
