I had a service on my truck done. When I left my check engine light came on. I called the next day and explained the problem. The service person I talked to asked if I had checked my oil, and told me they couldn’t check to see why the check engine light came on, and that I’d have to take it to a Toyota dealer. Usually they are pretty good, but I was not pleased with the man I spoke with.

I love the Ram pickup I bought from Bob Poynter. The transaction went smoothly and quickly. However, when I discussed towing with the salesman, he stated that the Hemi would handle over 11,000 pounds. Unfortunately, with the rear end gear ratio that my truck has, its capacity is only 8,240 pounds. When I called within 24 hours of the sale, after I had discovered the discrepancy, the salesman said that I own the truck, so tough. He further stated that the specs are conservative, so there should be at least a 20% cushion. My bad. I should have researched it for myself before the fact. Be sure you do. Don't count on getting the truth from your salesman.

I bought my 2015 ram eco diesel from them and am still loving the truck but recalls came up took my truck in and had a loaner vehicle first loaner had brake issues second one hav no fuel when picked up and then when I called to see when I was going to be able to pick up my truck was told that I could pick it up when I made a payment. Once I corrected them that I only had recall work done I was told it would be another day that they had to order another part. Went to dealership next day to pick up my truck and found out that the part they had to order was fuel line connector that they had broke but other than that I have had no problem with them.

Service was good but not happy with price of oil change. They used synthetic oil which took my bill to just under $68. Always used standard oil in the past and wasn't asked/ told about the change. I will be learning to change my own oil now.

The people are great. Was a little disappointed that the vehicle I purchased still needed work after being inspected by their service department. And the brakes are making warning track sounds but they dealer paperwork shows the brakes were done on the vehicle. The car is 10 years old so I expect a little work might need to be done, but the brake issue gives me pause.

Service department was great for my first time there. However, to get a deal on a vehicle, I had to go around Indianapolis area. There is a first responder discount and I was told I couldn't get anything there under $38,000. However, going to Indianapolis, I was able to purchase a 2017 Ram 2500 Tradesman for a few thousand less. Plus, they wouldn't give me anything for my trade.
