Absolutely horrible service. They treat you like you are an idiot and are not very professional. What started out as a simple gasket fix turned into ordering parts from St. Louis that I was never notified about until I went to pick up the car to which they then told me it was not ready and wouldn't be for a few days. For my inconvenience, they offered me a loaner truck that was covered in mud, than a car that had stains all over the interior.

Every vehicle in my driveway is from a Bob Poynter dealership. They are absolutely fantastic! I take them all to Poynters in Seymour for oil changes and pay only a couple of bucks more than doing it myself. The sales staff are honest and easy to deal with (no pressure what so ever), and the service department is excellent.

This Jeep dealership gets the Jeep culture. They hosted their first Jeep Rally (Jeep Invasion) and attracted 80 Jeeps for a scenic ride and poker run. They had t-shirts, food, gave everyone a professional photo, and a CD with drone footage. They also have the best and largest selection of Wranglers I've seen at any Jeep store. The employees I met at the rally were all wonderful people.
