The deal was done in less than 20 minutes with Skyler my sales person. Once I returned to pick up the truck I was in and out of the finance office in 15 minutes and on the road.

I went into the dealership with little to NO hope of actually trading my car in due to me being so upside down on it. JD ROBERTS & SKYLAR made the impossible, possible..I left with them paying off my current car and leaving in a truck I have wanted for a while. I left with a full tank of gas, and a smile on my face! I can't begin to thank these guys enough for their service! We came from an hour away to look at a specific car, but our car broke down ten minutes from the dealership. Tyler came out, picked us up and made the sale, at this point well past closing time. He didn't have to do any of that--it wasn't a high-dollar sale and I can't imagine he made much commission on it--but he did. I'll never forget how he helped my family.

Since I was driving in from outside the area, an efficient experience was important and this was literally the quickest car buying experience I've ever had start to finish. Talked on the phone with Josiah Watts, about a Gladiator. My mother drove from IL with the trade in and they offered her a good deal on the trade plus an amazing deal on the Gladiator. The finance department was very upfront with the payments and didn't pull any tricks. We are very happy with our new Gladiator. 🙂

Just want to give a 2 thumbs up to Skylar Prange our sales guy and to everyone at Bob Poynter Dodge for making our new truck buying experience one of the easiest and most relaxing buying experiences me and my husband have ever had 🙂 Skylar is fairly new to Bob Poynter and may still be in the "learning process " but his attitude and honesty about things he didn't quite have figured out yet was great! He's young and eager and for me & my husband we enjoyed having him as our sales guy, lots of laughs, reminds us of our own son who's around Skylar's age. For me and my husband it was as easy as 1. Go on the website and pick out our truck 2. Call them and see if they still had it 3.Start the buying process right over the phone 4. Go to the dealership, finish the paperwork, pick up our new truck! Can't ask for easier then that folks!

While my car was at the shop we went here to look at a certain vehicle. Trent came out and helped us. Before we knew it we were getting the suv. He made the process quick and easy we were done with everything before my old car was done getting tires. I highly recommend Trent. On another note loved how the place was decorated for Christmas it was wonderful to see

Casey our sales clerk took great care of us quickly. We had drove in from Eastern Ohio to test drive car 130 miles away. We had 30 minutes too complete deal before banks closed. Casey had car ready to test drive, sent our credit union purchase order quickly and we were signed and ready to go within 35 minutes. My wife and I bought a low mileage used car from Bob Poynter Chrysler about a year ago. It was a great experience. They went out of their way to help my wife make sure it was the car she wanted. Kevin was very good to work with. We have taken our car back for scheduled oil changes. I forget the service manger's name but he is friendly and courteous and they do a great job of scheduling us, and getting us in and out. I have also ordered a few accessories for our automobile from the parts department and it went very well. So far, it has been one of the best experiences we've had buying and maintaining a car.

Quick oil change and tire rotation, 40 mins, but it had to be booked 2 days in advance. Free beverages, WiFi and a comfortable waiting area were appreciated. Update Feb 2020 - Just bought my next used vehicle. Excellent service, good prices and they were very willing to work with me to fix any issues before the purchase.
