Tyler came out, picked us up and made the sale, at this point well past closing time. He's young and eager and for me & my husband we enjoyed having him as our sales guy, lots of laughs, reminds us of our own son who's around Skylar's age. For me and my husband it was as easy as 1. My wife and I bought a low mileage used car from Bob Poynter Chrysler about a year ago. It was a great experience. They went out of their way to help my wife make sure it was the car she wanted. Kevin was very good to work with. We have taken our car back for scheduled oil changes. I forget the service manger's name but he is friendly and courteous and they do a great job of scheduling us, and getting us in and out. I have also ordered a few accessories for our automobile from the parts department and it went very well. So far, it has been one of the best experiences we've had buying and maintaining a car.
