I was happy to get a loaner car since it took 2 months to fix my vehicle. I was also happy with the warranty. The salesman could be more aware of himself. Assuming a person is lying is very offensive.

Quick oil change and tire rotation, 40 mins, but it had to be booked 2 days in advance. Free beverages, WiFi and a comfortable waiting area were appreciated. Update Feb 2020 - Just bought my next used vehicle. Excellent service, good prices and they were very willing to work with me to fix any issues before the purchase.

I had trouble getting the salesman Michael to make arrangements to get the door code and get a hole in the seat fixed. Both of these were supposed to be done before I picked up the truck. Neither one was. Truck was also dirty when I picked up. The was a decent amount of tar on the passenger side also. I won’t do business here again. Poor customer serviced

Service was good but not happy with price of oil change. They used synthetic oil which took my bill to just under $68. Always used standard oil in the past and wasn't asked/ told about the change. I will be learning to change my own oil now.

I had an excellent experience dealing with the service department. Will Smith a d Pharrell are awesome, easy to work with, customer drive, and care about doing the right thing. I had other dealers look at my issue and claim it’s normal, but with Will and Pharrell they listened, did their due diligence, and confirmed I have an issue that need to be addressed - they followed proper troubleshooting and investigation to determine whether my concern was legit or not. Thank you! 6/21 update: I can’t say enough about the excellent service I have received from Will, Pharrell, Pat, and Josh. You guys are awesome. The noise issue has been resolved. What a day! My son & I drove all the way from Indianapolis to Bob Poynter in Seymour to drool over my dream truck, a Ram 1500 Rebel. We quickly set up a time to go see the Jeep. Being my first time buying a car, I was nervous. However, the process was quick and went smoothly. Fast quick service. Finally found and fixed what was rattling underneath. The best thing is had an issue that was fixed under warranty over a year ago and it happened again. Warranty didnt want to cover the reoccurring issue but the dealership fixed it anyway. They said they appreciate us as a customer and didnt want to loose us. Awsome!!!

Terrible Service Dept. Strike 1 Took a Dodge Avenger to them to get key made they said it needed a computer. So I took it to Ace to have another key made. 10 Min $80. Strike 2 Took a PT Cruiser to them and they said it needed a transmission body. $1100 quote. Took it to another shop and it was a $30.00 wire that needed fixed. Strike 3 Took a Pacific to them because some broke the lock cylinder. Called me and said it needed modilizer. 365.00. I said ok do it. Called back and said it need a lock Cylinder $145.00. I said ok get it fixed. Called back again and said it needed a TPM $1100.00. Basical paid they $ $565.00 for nothing because I wouldn’t let them throw another part at it. Towed it there and then had to tow it away from there. These guys don’t have a clue on diagnostics of a car. Save your money and go somewhere else.

His information made me make the trip from Indianapolis to Seymour worth the drive. Mr. Maxie did a great job explaining the features of the 2019 RAM to me. Mr. Maxie made the deal easy and fast. Kyle was able to finalize the numbers on my old truck and the financing. Both Mr. Maxie and Kyle were a pleasure to work with. Go see Michael. He is a very knowledgeable about the brand. His straight forward approach was refreshing in the car buying world. A great asset to the Poynter Group and the RAM brand. I would recommend Mr. Maxie to anyone of my family and friends.
